UK Shipping
Under £35 = £2.99
Over £35 = Free
International Shipping
From £7
Shipping cost are based on average parcel weight. Because of this we will refund the difference if it costs less to send.
For international shipping to any countries not listed please contact us.
TAXES
If you live outside the EU then you will usually incur customs charges, this is out of our control, and is a cost to you the customer.
Returns and Refunds
The Small Print
Kustom Built Physique was started with quality set out in our core values. Because of this if you are not satisfied with your purchase please return in unworn condition within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the cost.
If you need to return any item of Gym wear please email before all returns.
Shipping rates will not be refunded as part of the refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the items.
It may take an additional 5-10 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon method of payment.
Right to Cancel:
If you change your mind about your purchase you can cancel your order within 14 days. Orders that have already been dispatched will need to be returned to us through the usual method. If cancelling an order this means returning the order in its entirety, with every item packaged and labelled as it was at delivery within 14 days.
